At The Outstanding Man Inc, we offer a range of programs to support our community, including food and shelter assistance, job training, and substance and alcohol abuse rehabilitation. Our programs are designed to meet the unique needs of the individuals and families we serve.
Marriage Planning Classes
These classes will cover essential topics such as communication, conflict resolution, financial planning, and shared goal setting. By addressing potential challenges and fostering mutual understanding before the wedding, marriage planning classes will lay a solid foundation for a lasting union. Whether faith-based or secular, this program will encourage couples to approach marriage with intention, clarity, and emotional maturity.
The Outstanding Man Academy
Currently The Outstanding Man Academy targets men age 16-35 who are not married, plan on getting married or are currently married and that either have children or plan to have children. It focuses on the three key factors in relationships which are Communication, Finances and Sex as well as teaching basic principles on leadership as a man, husband and father through life skills training. The objective of the program is to change how young men and men, in general, think and perceive their roles and themselves and therefore changing their behavior. We believe that if you can inform them of the problem and use our founders story to educate them on what to do to avoid the traps he fell into, they can be empowered to make better choices, improving the quality of life for them and all those connected to them.
Our History
Founded in 2012 initially, The Outstanding Man Inc has been serving our communities for several years. Our organization was established to address the growing need for assistance for those with relationship issues and has evolved into assisting the homeless as well.

"Cure" Divorce Initiatives
The mindset that as a country we accept the over 50% divorce rate is unacceptable. Lives are at stake and children are hanging in the balance as parents refuse to work together and love each other to set the example. Marriage isn't hard, couples make it hard. A servants heart and mind is all it takes to get on the road a happy and joyful marriage.
